I’ve had a great time the other night with my forever Valentine. And the course meal we had was aaaaaamazing!!! Everything was delicious even their paired drinks.
I really liked their entrance door too! Aren’t they unique?
The first thing they served as welcome drinks was ”Buku Buku cha”
It was tea but foamed with citrus. The texture and the citrusy taste was very unique and fun.
This was the second dish we had. I finished my first plate before I took pictures lol anyway, It was the raw beef tartar and it had strawberries! (and I love strawberries!!) The foamed dressing had a herbal flavor and it was really good with strawberries and the raw beef! And strawberries add a touch of sweetness and tartness I never thought that combination could be so delicious!
My husband said,” I don’t mind becoming a vegetarian if I can have a meal like this every day” he’s the type of person who needs to have some type of meat in his meal so I was really surprised. But yes, it was that good! The star fruit dressing and the beets dressing was really delicious and that deep-fried rice was crispy which added an interesting texture to the salad!
This one is probably the best one of the meals. The broiled shrimp was crunchy and had a lot of flavors and the raw ham and the mushroom was so juicy!the pistachio was a great accent! It was amazingly delicious!
This was a ravioli that has spinach cream inside and an egg yolk with truffle on top. The egg yolk wasn’t cooked all the way so it was creamy! The sauce was very gentle yet very savory. We even enjoyed the sauce with bread after we finished the ravioli.
They cooked local white fish with the cauliflower mousse. The sauce was very gentle and simple so I could enjoy the flavors of fresh fish and vegetables. It tasted more simple than the actual looks but it was delicious.
The beef was very tender and the flavor of the meat was simple but had nice aged beef flavor which was very delicious. I didn’t even have to use the sauce.
It was like a Japanese ”wafu” risotto which had a lot of umami from dashi and the clam. And it was really gentle and perfect for the last dish before the desert.
This was something that I’ve never had. I was blown away by this dessert. As the name of the desert, it wasn’t just sweet. I tasted bitterness, tartness, spiciness in there! Under the foamed strawberry sauce, It had mugwort sauce with warmed chocolate and sprinkle of red pepper! And surprisingly everything goes great together! It tasted like just like the name of the desert!!
I would love to go back to this place and try their other season’s course meal!
I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s Day with your loved ones.
