Makeupby_yp (Yuka Padmore) is a freelance makeup artist based in Okinawa, Japan. Although initially, a self-taught makeup artist, Yuka ultimately earned her international makeup artist certification and honed her technical skills through the New York Makeup Academy. As a freelance makeup artist, Yuka has been the lead makeup artist on several artistic projects with local photographers. Yuka has also administered and presented makeup seminars and lessons, provided services for weddings, local clientele, as well as other events.  In 2019 Yuka participated in the international beauty federation makeup contest where she received the IBF award.
